Except as noted for individual items, Carlow Cookery ships products within the U.S. via UPS or US Priority Mail. You have the option of Ground, 3-Day. 2-Day or 1-Day delivery. Ground shipping times are not guaranteed to residential addresses. Products are normally shipped within 2 business days after we receive your order. If shipping will be delayed, we will contact you by email.
Shipping times cannot include Saturday or Sunday, so keep this in mind in the shipping delivery calculation.
At Carlow Cookery we know how important it is for you to receive you package promptly and in good condition. We will do our best to make sure orders ship the next business day. If there will be any delay in shipping all or part of an order we will contact you via email.

Full refund will be offered to all unused items returned within 30 days of purchase with original packaging and accompanied by store receipt. All food and discounted items are sold on a non-returnable basis. If the return is because of an error on our part or a defective item, we will pay for shipping the returned item.
